| Robot Charactertic | This is a project of the OpenFactory robotics system series. Purpose of this project is checking the color of each object and separate each container. The main components are also the OpenCM9.04 controller board and Dynamixel actuators. Add some color sensors to check the color of each marbles. The operation is transfering the color marbles ball to the container. There are 3 color balls. The mechanic system consists of 2 main sections. One is the color checking mechanic that driven by AX-12W actuator. Another is the sorter mechanical. It also is driven by AX-12W actuator. Specification : Controller board - OpenCM9.04 Acuator - AX-12W x 2 Mechanic part : Laser-cutting and 3D printing custom parts plus Robotis's Bioloid premium kit parts. Electronic part : INEX's light reflector sensor board with cable. Use it in Color checking sensor Power source : Li-PO 11.1V 1100mA or DC adaptor 12V 2A ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This project series was created by an young engineer who just graduated from university. He just know about OpenCM9.04 and Dynamixel actuator. He loved all and has more inspiration.
